EU AI Act Scanner

Closed beta · euaigap.co

Problem. Operators of high-risk AI systems face Regulation 2024/1689 with Article 50(2) synthetic-content labeling in force from 2 Aug 2026 (no grace period for systems placed on the EU market on or after that date; a 4-month grace period ending 2 Dec 2026 applies only to systems already on the EU market before 2 Aug 2026), and 2 Dec 2027 for Annex III high-risk obligations including Article 72 Post-Market Monitoring. Most companies have no inventory of their AI systems, no per-system classification, and no audit-ready documentation.

Approach. Rule-based 5-tier risk classifier mapping purpose + affected populations + data types to Articles 5 + Annex III. Role-branched questionnaire (provider / deployer / importer / distributor) scoring 8 obligation areas. Generation of 4 document types: Technical Report, Annex V Declaration, FRIA, Post-Market Monitoring Plan. WORM-anchored audit trail.

Status as of October 2026. Production infrastructure live since 24 June 2026 on our own EU infrastructure behind Cloudflare, and in closed beta since then — join the early-access list. The free risk classifier is publicly usable at euaigap.co/classify. Jurisdictional language support per Article 47(2) wired. Notifier-body integration planned for Q1 2027.

TuneCV

In development

Problem. Job seekers rewrite their CV from scratch for every application. Format friction eats hours. ATS systems reject well-qualified candidates for phrasing issues, not skill gaps.

Approach. Multi-format parser (PDF / DOCX / TXT) with intelligent text extraction. ATS scoring against any job description. GPT-4-driven per-section rewrite suggestions with measurable ROI (keyword coverage, action verbs, quantified achievements). Kanban application tracker. Polar.sh + Stripe billing integration.

Status as of October 2026. In development, with no public URL yet. Backend feature-complete since 11 July 2026 (390+ tests green, webhook handling live, feature gating done). Frontend checkout and dashboard functional; AI-feature UIs (rewrite-suggestion panel, ATS score display) in flight. Billing is migrating from Stripe to Polar: the implementation is done, go-live and instrumentation are still to come.

Problem. Recruiters handle high-volume CV intake. Format normalization and rubric scoring eat hours per week. Per-organization scoring rubrics drift between reviewers.

Approach. Multi-format parsing with AI scoring. Custom scoring rubric per organization with tier-aware weights and audit trail. Job matching with compatibility scoring. White-label branding per buyer. 7-locale i18n via next-intl. Tauri 2 desktop shell for offline review.

Status as of October 2026. Stack selected and pinned on 28 July 2026. Authentication integration complete. Billing-provider sandbox products created. Ship-readiness audit completed 31 July 2026 — all 12 dimensions populated with concrete evidence, with the caveats tracked. Cookie consent, terms and imprint, and the canonical `checkcv.co` domain are shipped. Privacy, DPA, terms, imprint, trust and compliance routes are live. Billing sandbox and webhook tested end to end; DPO and legal counsel sign-off on the draft legal pages is pending.

PropVector AI

In development · OSS sibling live

Problem. Real-estate search runs on filters and keywords. Brokers and PropTech platforms need semantic search that understands "quiet neighborhood with good schools" or "investment property with high ROI potential" — not just price + beds + baths.

Approach. Dual strategy. Public open-source (OpenStore) ships the core architecture: ChromaDB vector search, MMR reranking, 16 LLM providers, 9 languages, financial tooling, multi-year price forecast. Commercial tier (PropVector AI) layers live MLS feeds, accounts, favorites, saved searches, AI CRM, and an uptime SLA.

Status as of October 2026. OpenStore public OSS at 320 GitHub stars and 120 forks, MIT-licensed, continuously maintained since 2024. Commercial build running on our own EU infrastructure with the full production stack; it has no public URL yet, so the OSS repo is the part you can inspect today. Billing is wired for paid tiers. No commercial-result metrics publicly verifiable as of October 2026.
