Who runs it

Alex Nesterovich, the founder, is a full-stack engineer with a decade of shipping web products. The studio keeps architecture, implementation, and operation close to the founder across this site and the four flagship products. The senior-hands-only stance is not a marketing claim; it's a structural commitment that determines what we take on.

Follow the work where it happens: GitHub for the code and the open-source releases, LinkedIn for the product notes and the reasoning behind them.

What we believe

We believe boring tech beats clever tech. We use well-understood components and can replace any of them without rewriting the product. Vendor lock-in is a tax we refuse to pay twice.

We believe AI is a tool, not a feature. We add LLM calls where they save a documented hour of skilled work. Every AI feature has a measurable ROI. Every prompt is logged. Every output is auditable.

We believe in EU data residency by default. Cloudflare edge. EU Polar payouts. Brevo for transactional email. EU products keep customer data in the EU; the North-America products run in Canada, which the EU recognises as adequate. Full posture on the security page.

What's in the portfolio

Four flagship products: EU AI Act Scanner (in closed beta at euaigap.co/waitlist), TuneCV (in development), CheckCV (in development), PropVector AI (in development). One open-source with 320 GitHub stars and 120 forks: OpenStore — the OSS sibling of PropVector AI that proves the architecture works.

Transparency

We publish our security posture, our subprocessor list, our DPA, and our trust index. If we don't know the answer to a compliance question, we say so.

Trust signals

Proof close to the decision.

Three signals buyers can verify before they start a conversation.

01

EU data residency by default

Product runtimes on our own infrastructure across the EU (Germany, France) and North America (Canada). See our security posture.

02

Founder-led delivery

The person you contact stays close to the work, from written scope through operation. See how we work.

03

Who we are, on the record

NestLab is the AI studio operating from Poland (EU) since January 2025. The jurisdiction, the service provider and the contact details are published on the imprint page — check them before you write to us. See the imprint.

One paragraph is enough to start.

We take on a limited number of contracts each year. If your paragraph names these three things, one reply can tell you whether it’s a fit.

  1. The problem What is done by hand today, and by whom.
  2. The metric The one number that will say it worked.
  3. The deadline The date it has to work by.
