Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of nestlab.tech (the "site"). They do not govern your use of any product offered by NestLab (euaigap.co, tunecv.co, checkcv.co, propvectorai.com) — each product has its own terms. For our open-source work (OpenStore / ai-real-estate-assistant), refer to the MIT license in the GitHub repo.
2. Permitted use
You may use this site for personal and commercial browsing, reading, and contacting us. You may not:
- scrape or systematically harvest the site content without our written consent;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site;
- interfere with or disrupt the site or Cloudflare's edge;
- use the site to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

3. Intellectual property
Site content, copy, brand marks, and logos are © 2026 NestLab. All rights reserved. Our brand mark (the geometric hex-nest) is a trademark. You may not use our brand marks without written consent.
Quoting and linking to the site is fine. Republishing the site content in full is not.
4. Third-party links
This site links to external products and resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those external sites. Following a link is at your own risk.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death, personal injury, gross negligence, willful misconduct).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NestLab against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason. Terms that by their nature should survive (liability, IP, indemnification) survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
