Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers your use of all NestLab products: euaigap.co, tunecv.co, checkcv.co, propvectorai.com, and any services we operate. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use our products to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • process personal data in violation of the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or equivalent;
  • deploy AI systems classified as prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act (Reg 2024/1689);
  • generate synthetic content intended to deceive (Art. 50(2) labeling requires disclosure — we provide the disclosure tooling, not the deception);
  • harvest, scrape, or systematically extract data from our products or any third-party system;
  • send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • launch denial-of-service attacks, scan, or probe our infrastructure;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary products;
  • use our products in any way that competes with us by building a substantially similar product using our backend;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, fair-use quotas, or authentication;
  • upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

3. AI-specific rules

  • You are responsible for the inputs you submit and the outputs you use.
  • LLM-generated outputs may contain errors. Verify before downstream use.
  • For high-stakes decisions (employment, credit, healthcare, legal), require human review per Art. 14 of the EU AI Act.
  • Document your use case in the per-product questionnaire so we can apply the right risk classification.
  • Do not use our products to make automated decisions that materially affect individuals without proper oversight.

4. CV / recruiter-specific rules (TuneCV, CheckCV)

  • You must have a lawful basis to process candidate CVs under GDPR.
  • You must provide candidates with a privacy notice covering your use of our AI tooling.
  • Automated ranking decisions with significant effects on candidates require human review under GDPR Art. 22.
  • You may not use our tooling to discriminate against protected categories.

5. Real-estate-specific rules (PropVector AI)

  • You may not use our tooling to facilitate discriminatory housing practices.
  • AI-generated price forecasts are estimates, not appraisals. Disclose this to end users.
  • MLS data is governed by your MLS agreement, not by us.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We will notify you of the reason unless doing so would compromise an investigation. We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal activity.

7. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation, report to admin [at] nestlab [dot] tech with "AUP violation" in the subject line.
