Who runs it
Aleks NestLab is the founder. Full-stack engineer with a decade of shipping web products. Most of the code on this site — and on the four flagship products — is written by Aleks directly. The senior-hands-only stance is not a marketing claim; it's a structural commitment that determines what we take on.
What we believe
We believe boring tech beats clever tech. Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Drizzle, Cloudflare, Polar, Brevo. We can replace any of them without rewriting the product. Vendor lock-in is a tax we refuse to pay twice.
We believe AI is a tool, not a feature. We add LLM calls where they save a documented hour of skilled work. Every AI feature has a measurable ROI. Every prompt is logged. Every output is auditable.
We believe in EU data residency by default. Cloudflare edge. EU Polar payouts. Brevo for transactional email. Customer data stays in the EU unless the customer explicitly opts out.
What's in the portfolio
Four flagship products: EU AI Act Scanner (impending), TuneCV (in development), CheckCV (in development), PropVector AI (in development). One open-source with 285 GitHub stars: OpenStore — the OSS sibling of PropVector AI that proves the architecture works.

Tasks: BullMQ / Celery. Auth: Better Auth. Billing: Polar.sh (Merchant of Record). Email: Brevo. Hosting: Dokploy on OVH VPS. Edge: Cloudflare. AI: Vercel AI SDK + OpenRouter, multi-provider.
Transparency
We publish our security posture, our subprocessor list, our DPA, and our trust index. If we don't know the answer to a compliance question, we say so.
